Prasad founded Invensoft in 2000 along with Praveen. Before founding Invensoft, Prasad was working for over 8 years in various IT companies at different levels of management. Prasad has a rich experience in ERP and business process systems and has worked with very reputed customers globally. Before starting Invensoft, Prasad was working in Tatainfotech-India as a Lead Project Manager and was managing projects with global customers. With his rich experience Prasad provides leadership and direction for company's growth both in terms of revenue and brand building, strategic marketing of Invensoft's products and solutions, global business development activities of Invensoft.

Born in 1971, Prasad graduated as an engineer from the University of Mysore, India.

Praveen. R – CEO and Director Operations.
Praveen joined Prasad as co-founder to start Invensoft in 2000. Praveen has a rich experience in IT in the area of Web technologies, Databases and various business domains. Being a part of the team in since the day Invensoft was founded Praveen gained rich experience in all the areas of the Invensoft's business, product development, customer interaction, product's architecture, driving the whole team and always try to innovate new things by using latest technologies to provide our customer a better solution. Currently with his rich experience Praveen also acts as Chief Architect of product development and guides the technical and functional team. As a CEO Praveen provides leadership and overall direction in strategic areas like team building, talent management, globalization of the product (Brand) and solutions by constant improvement in technology and features and to increase revenues for Invensoft products and solutions globally.
